Damn it. Well, I suppose the ref's have to use the yellow 'n' reds on someone. I just hope he doesn't cheat as much this season. Some hope.

Madrid better keep their dirty anti-Liverpool scum rich-hands off Xabi Alonso. Or...there's not much I can do.

I hate Vieira. And Madrid. But Vieira more.

Don't be sorry, you're entitled to speak ;)

..but that's my genuine opinion. Before then, what had Rooney done that made the world sit up and take notice? One goal against Arsenal is all I can count. Owen on the other hand was scoring consistently for England and Liverpool for the last 5 years, regardless of the opposition.

Seems a fair comment to say when you put it that way.

Not when you take into consideration the performances of the team around the said individuals...

Sorry in advance Virt, but that's the stupidist comment made about Euro 04. To say that sides were concentrating on Owen more than Rooney...

And he is. Unless of course you perform your simplistic rating of 2 players over the course of a "huge" 3 games, not the course of 38 games+

Seems a fair comment to say when you put it that way.

Yep, good old loyal Vieira never wanted to go to Madrid. He never dicussed personal terms at all. Nope.

He was too busy ironing his Arsenal bedsheets and washing his Arsenal carpet and making sure his wife was OK if he names all their children Arsenal. He's -that- loyal.

Nothing to do with the money-grabbing cheat not getting 100 grand a week.

He probably never even discussed personal terms like those complete sh*t papers sugges**ted, Real DID make a bid and we gave him an option to leave or s**tay so his decision was to s**tay.

Hang on... so... just because I say "at least Vieira stayed" and "I don't think Owen's as good as he was", I'm an Arsenal fan?

How'd you work that out?

I could just be an extremely p!ssed off Liverpool fan!

Never ASSUME anything.

It makes an ASS of U and ME.
