And it came to neither :D
Where are these titles now?
If asked to choose to save one console manufacturer out of the three it would have been Nintendo up until Microsoft bought Rare.
Perfect Dark Zero was my reason for buying the Cube and then the Xbox.
Choices on consoles etc come down to "well this had a DVD player" or whatever, why? because many people dont understand that games can vary a lot. I mean yeah they realise some games will be better than others...but they can never seem to put their finger on what makes a good game etc, and are more or less lead on to calling a game "good" or better by what advertising tells them.
Not only that but the gaming world seems to be going backwards as the world goes foward. The world generally being different/your own views seem to becoming more accepted...yet in the gaming world it seems that if you are different, you are automatically wrong, because the majority of peoples "knowledge" of gaming comes from what advertisments tell them. Even today someone said "well the gamecube is rubbish, the playstation2 is more powerful" their evidence for this was how Fifa 2004 ran on each console, nothing else. Then people who most likely played 3 games in 5 years start jumping in backing up the theory???.
I can easily sit back here and say Sony are obviously the masters at advertising, and they have the "cool" image, they brought gaming into the mainstream and yes they hold the market share. But, jesus, none of that should really matter when it comes down to gaming. Some people wont even play some Nintendo games because of the image, but then act like they know everything about computer games...?

It's not about sales for christs sake.
I'd choose Pikmin over GTA or Burnout 3 any day of the week.

Who cares? As long as I can get the Nintendo games I want and I have some people to play them against in multiplayer I'm not worried what most people like. Although it's would be nice to see more people realising the geenyuss of Ninty.
Psi-ops springs to mind. Future Tactics is great for a tenner and loads of others I can't be bothered to go into now.

yes but you cant see pikmin facing up to the big guns such as gta and burnout 3.but your right on the zelda points they are missing out BIG time on that.
As it is, I have to have a black souless Xbox that has lots of flashy lights and not much fun.

But surly we get treated to the Nintendo games?
We miss out on GTA and Burnout 3 and games such as that, but they miss out on Zelda, Pikmin, Mario, Metroid and games like that.
It's only fair.
