Its nearly that time again! The season for us lot kicks off next weekend, after, for me, what seemed like a long summer, and i for one cant wait for the season to start.
As always, i have my season ticket and im pretty confident of what The Owls can achieve this season, im just hoping this season can be the one where the rot stops, and we gain promotion. We have a whole new team almost. We released 15 players last season, and signed 11 this, including ex Southampton captain Chrissy Marsden, and then a squad of good young players who all look the part to go with him
We have 2 friendlies left against the Bolton and Everton, and in our previous friendlies we have looked good.
I know there are a number of you lot who support teams in the lower leagues, so lets not let this forum be over run by Premiership talk and such. After all, our clubs are just as important as the bigger clubs.
So what are your hopes and fears for the new season? Who you looking forward to playing the most?
Up the Owls!!

The Owls are goin' up!!! The Owls are goin' up!!! The Owls are goin' up!!!
Going to be interesting changing trains at the same station as Milwall fans that day...
I was prepared to freeze my buns off (again!) but I'm not crawling out of my pit early just to see it. I'll watch the results coming through on Sky Sports from the comfort of my home.
:P

And if you're wrong so will you ;-)
One of those is plausible but not all three! Besides we always lose to mid-table tripe like yourselves, we've played 4 of the top 6 sides and beat them all, shows were not far off perfection at all.
I would like to place a wager, Quinty, that on March 12th 2005 at 5pm, Woking will not only be above Satanage, but in the playoffs, AND will have completed the double over your scum.
Just watch. If I'm right, you will look foolish.

Dunno, some part timers i think?
Us = 0 points over crimble.
Oh and Ashman, nice to get back to normal so soon after that one off on tuesday, eh? Hope you made the most of it!
I can't believe you missed our 2 - 2 twonking over you.
