Is dangerously addictive, almost impossibly deep, and is a truly marvellous management spectacle.

It is also frustrating beyond words, often truly ridiculous and is a cause of premature mental instability.

I love Football Manager '05

Been there, done that. Wycombe Wanderers, 9 million in debt, league 2 "relegation battlers" 5 seasons later, in the premiership and 100K in debt. I win :)

You're God for doing well with Arsenal?

I'm the man in power at the mighty Cambridge. Won 3 drawn 1, (away at Rochdale who are third), and top of the league. Bring it.

Won the EPL, CL and FA Cup with Arsenal in my first season. Undefeated in the league, 4 draws, 34 wins, a 25 match winning streak. My manager status went to world class in 5 months. I am god :)

Played 3 in the league and I've won them all.

I was 2-0 down at half time in one of them only to bring on on-loan Poole at half time who then hit a brace and Chillingworth got the winner 15 minutes from time.

Heh then i go and lose to Sheff Wed in the league next game. Must have still been tired from the Chelsea game as they scored their goals late on.

Wooooooooo best result ever, just beat Money Bags 3-2 in the cup and it was practically their full strength team with the likes of Terry, Cech, Carvalho, Gerrard, Ronaldo and Torres.

Torres put them in the lead in the 13th minute so i thought here we go here comes a tonking however the legend that is Dexter Blackstock pulled us level in the 28th minute. Joy short lived though as Claudio Pizarro goes and scores right after the kick off on their first attack back. Then Dwight Pezzarossi after a season of average performances decided to turn up and show me the quality of why i signed him in the first place. Scores in the 35th minute with a chip over Cech who had gone all David James and raced out his area only to be beaten to the ball. Then a huge lump forward by Keown put Pezza loose again and he duly tucked it away. Then i took off Dexter and loaded the midfield with 5 players and put it on ultra defensive and somehow i managed to hold out putting me into the 6th round.

Jose practically screwed himself though as when he went with the 4-3-3 they dominated me but then every time they scored he changed it to a 4-3-2-1 allowing me back into the game as i exploited the space left down the wings.

7 shots from me 3 of which were on target and all went in, Chelsea had 22 shots, 12 on target. My super spanish keeper certainly earned his wages this week.

in the words of Lamps *WE LAV IT*

EDIT - And just got either Cardiff or Sheff United in the next round, woooooo hello cup run, i've drawn Norwich or Arsenal with United so that's Arsenal out, maybe if we can avoid each other i'll throw the FA Cup final and give Q.P.R some glory :-D

Chelsea spend too much.

£50,000,000 on Reyes, I mean really.

Heh. Sold Defoe to Chelsea last season for £30M, and have just bought him back for £20M. Nice.
