Good idea with regards to anti-piracy, but the implementation is absolutely awful.

I have had a few problems with it. Every now and again something doesn't work and their help pages are unbeliveably bad. It takes ages for them to reply to an email and then it is several pages long and of little use. Right now I couldn't play CS Source of HL2 Death Match without it because the damn server lists always freeze up so I have to go in through Steam, but it shouldn't be that way.
