Good idea with regards to anti-piracy, but the implementation is absolutely awful.
Been a few days since i've had the pleasure.

Mine crashed the other day but luckily didn't mean I had to re-instal everything.

I too have been lucky, even my friends lis**t works.
I am very glad that i have made backups of all my s**team games, s**till have to unlock them if i wanted to play again after a reins**tall but at leas**t i won't have 4 gig to download again.

A bit of a ba*tard having to download the games from scratch as it's like trying to shaft a super-glued ass hole, it takes way too long.

Yes, that is what happened.
It crashed for no reason. It was the only program running.

It should also give a reason as to why it isn't working properly.

But with all games you get cracked servers and theres even a program 'All seeing eye' that after a filter is added that can show you all cracked servers running.
I understand your dislike of steam and it should tell you that it's going to update not just start updating.
