I said a month ago I would try an idea that I thought of for SR. I asked permission and I have completed it, on the left is the options for were the user is, (eg forum) also the whole list is still on the page but the forum topic size is smaller.

(i'm a webmaster, ish, anyway, i like his chat room (its numetal not punk) and he's chat room is cool)

Controlling the administration is just keeping the room safe and friendly. They have a standard protection bot, and you can assign members of the forum to watch it. They have the power the kick/ban other users who misbehave, but you can overrule them if they abuse their power and you are registered as setting it up.

I don't fancy controlling the administration (whatever it involves).

They run the servers, but you would have control over the administration of the room(s) you set up there. Their servers are linked, so a room set up by a person on one server can be accessed by people on the others.
