This one will be judged by Ali on Monday April 30th.

Just list out what you would like to see on the home page of UKps2.com.

Take a look at it (there's a link to the left).
What should there be more of?
What's missing?
What is there too much of?
What are your suggestions?

You can post them in one post, or post several times.

The best set of suggestions will win an extra Filmaday prize.

Beware - we don't want our page loading time to go up.

Okay... the last load of ideas were all kinda dodgy huh?... well... I wouldnt hold your breath that any of these are any better :) ... (In fact I think there worse :) )

A link from games to their (if avalible) game guides/cheats/etc?
---
Info on PS games (since they are also playable on the PS2?)
---
Seperate you PS2 top level hyperlinks with line breaks... so the link to discussions is seperated from the buy a PS2, 0% finance section which is itself more seperate from the PS2 Games and Game Reviews... etc... so that the releated stuff is closer together and easily definable?

Game suggestions?... Ideas for the current crop of best games for the PS2?... although thats more of a site idea huh?
---
More info about the current PS2 red splat savers? ... The free PS2 based gifts?
---
Order the main game ads (those bits on thr right) by popularity/release dates... preoders at the top.. out-nows underneath?
---
A box where you can type in your e-mail addy to join your news-letter...
---
Hardware and software bundles?
---
As well as 'this week' and 'this week' have a 'latest releases' coloumn?
---
Links to 'this week' games previews?
---
A larger link to PS2 discussions... giving hyperlinks to the latest 3-5 headlines?
---
A game of the week?
---
Provide only the first few PS2 news headlines... with a'more...' hyperlink if someones after the rest of the news?
---

This might already be there... but... Is there a way to setup a search engine for part of the site...

Like typing in a search for 'Metal Gear Solid' and only have it search the PS2 part of the site?

I've usually seen this in the past with a little pull down menu for the section you want to search in...?!?!?

-----

Is there anyway of having link to a PS2 hardware and periferals stats ang general console info page? ...

(This is the sort of thing I'm going to be after when the X-Box GC get released...)

What about creating some sort of PS2 specialist reviewer. It doesn't have to be Ali or You but you head of the PS2 dept. Just someone with a fancy name that can review just PS2 games for the PS2 people. Give 100% honest opinions and write good reviews. You couold actually hype his first review and make it sound really cool!

Tony how about you categorize the topics by who wrote them? It would be great to look at all the topics I have written in a list and also to look at others lists...

Would take a bit of work.

How many people post here? 50 or 60.

We really have to be carefull to get through all the things on the more popular parts of the site.

No offence to FOG, but UKcheats is a lot more urgent to sort at present.

i got another slight niggle with this site(again)

do you think you could allow a search for topics?
There are so my topics about in FOG but when i went to search for a certain one it took quite some time having to scroll do through each page.

i think it would be alot easier to type in the title of the topic and then have it found for you, much like in the way that your website seachers for products for you.

Any chance that it could happen?

Right then, just have new bullets as the news stories, have the biggest of the month at the top of the page, also feature a game to the left of this, say like the game of the month, also have a most wanted PS2 gaming chart, like the top 5 games that are wanted for the PS2. Then use the PS2 logo at the top of the page below the banner, that is always there. decrease the amount of links on the left, this will also decrease upload time and become much more user friendly (the domains in SR (like ps2) don't need all the links, users don't like scrolling down, and they normally don't like to try and find there links. Therefore I suggest where yo uhave the white words (PC Stuff) on the left you just make this a link and get rid off the other links in that category. Just keep it short sweet and simple...
