I suggest the following improvements:
- A black background, maybe with stars
- More interesting font styles
- Bigger fonts
- Animated images, they don't take long to load if done right

There is to little news. As there is not as much news as on ukgames.com maybe you could expand the description of the news before the link comes into play.

You could include a page showing stats of the PS2 compared to other systems and have pictures of the hardware from front, left right and centre views.
I am quite surprised you have not added the link to your 'Win a PS2' on the PS2 site. Wouldn't vistors want to win a PS2 if they have not got one.
