What is the best way for you to spend your two weeks you have?

Go to the shed and work on inventing a time-machine so you can go back about 6-months to give yourself a real chance.

I used to go to boxing training - we did hundreds of sit ups a night (well, maybe about 200) and right now I do about 120 a night four nights a week at home. Still don't have a six pack.

I believe Peter Andre used to do 400 a day... scary.

You need to do aerobic excercise to lose weight before working on a six pack.

Rik Waller couldnt get a six pack if he just started doing situps, he's just make his mantits sweat.

Boxing is brilliant exercise and the abdominals being a stabilising muscle group are needed to do it well.

PS. Sit-ups aren’t too affective.
