To get a six pack in two weeks go aproxamitly 0.3mph to you're nearest local corner shop, Then go to the shelf and buy some of the finest beer in a pack of six.
You now have a six pack!

Ooooh1 The other type of six pack, Well I guess you should spend most of your times doing activities that use all of you're body to play/do it.

I haven't done a sit-up since I was about 13. I just do crunches, reverse crunches, leg thrusts and leg raises. Incline and decline.

I do sets of 10 for about 4 sets.

I'm actually trying to get a little fitter myself to be honest. I've started doing some long walks, well, about 5 miles per day to get me started. I'm also going to get myself a decent bike and start cycling as well. I don't know what it is, but I've suddenly taken more of an interest in my own health, and I feel all the better for it. I'm glad that I sold most of my games now.

"some say 30 is enough"

You'll still be trying for a six pack by the age of 90 if you only do that many.

It's funny, I'm getting better at sit ups (after months of not doing any) but my stomach isn't getting any flatter, they're just getting easier.
