If the Bible is all fact, as you have repeatedly claimed, then how can their be two creation stories, Genesis 1 & 2?

No Forest, you're just wrong on this point, as Geffdof and Pandaemonium have pointed out

Mwah ha ha ha haaaa! Doesn't mention religion at all, does it? Is this another one of your interpretations?
:6 And Jehovah said, Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language; and this is what they begin to do: and now nothing will be withholden from them, which they purpose to do. 11:7 Come, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech. 11:8 So Jehovah scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off building the city. 11:9 Therefore was the name of it called Babel; because Jehovah did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did Jehovah scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth."
Heh. I love it when you make an utter fool of yourself like this...
It's language dear boy, not religion.

You love to twist and turn don't you?
It's used as a symbol of infidelity and lack of respect towards god. Descendants of Noah intend to build a structure high enough to reach heaven. God becomes furious and gets his revenge by striking the builders with a confusion of languages, and then spreads them across the face of the earth. It’s a warning to man not to aspire to reach the levels of god, and a creation myth to explain the diversity of human language.
It has nothing to do with explaining why other religions exist.
Does it annoy you to know other people know more about your religion than you do?

You can't believe anything anyone says if you're this stupid.
He's calling YOU a hypocritical, contradictory, pusillanimous boy, don't you see?
That's the contradiction - not one in his argument, you are the contradiction.
Light is saying that you have called for everyone to take the Bible literally, but then you apparently don't do so yourself, instead offering your own interpretations, not taking the passages at face value as you have demanded.

No. You're the one who has said that you believe the bible literally. That makes you a fundamentalist. So it's not a contradiction.
So; answer the question, you cowardly little slug.
11 verse 9 says: The City was called Babylon, because there the LORD mixed up the language of all of the people, and from there he scattered them all over the world.
Anyway, how would you explain more recent religions like Islam? That came hundreds of years later.

Yeah, thats the tower of Babel alright. And where does it say anything about religion? "And let us make us a name" is in relation to the name of the tower. Babel.
> So yes, it is a contradiction in terms - one he's applying to you.
Well Jim, I clearly can't believe everything Light says, if he contradicts himself can I?

Thanks very much.
