Right there's this girl i like.
I fancy her and by the way she looks at me
i could tell she likes me to.
The only thing is that i'm afraid to ask her out even
though i know that if i did ask her out she would say yes.
I'm usually good with this sort of thing but she's stunning.
Any ideas?

Well done Squall for plucking up the courage to ask for her number. You should have an indication on whether she wants to like you just as a friend, or get in bed with you. The way she responded to you asking for her number should give you some indication. Dont do any cheesy lines though, they suck :D

Don't just ask her out of the blue, start talking first and get to know her.

If she's not interested in you you'll know about it save yourself any embarrasment, plus it will help your chances if she knows you before you ask her.
