Reports from Japan on Daily Radar indicate that to avoid a PS2-like launch, Nintendo have put the Gamecube BACK to September in Japan. The GAMECUBE will be in US stores in time for Christmas when it arrives in November but there seems to be no word on how this will affect the GAMECUBE EURO Launch...I guess we'll have to see.
Hopefully Nintendo will get the consoles in in the last minute and save christmas yet again, but if anyting should go wong and Nintendo miss out on christmas sales then The Gamecube might be finished before it is released!

Unlikely. X-Box is having enough trouble as it is without Billy running around whipping the developers.
Does this mean that X-Box is going to be put forward a little so they can beat Nintendo to these shores and grab a few disguntled Nintys?

yeah i suppose this dont affect us in anyway. It was always a spring release for us. only people affected is the japs. even the americans are still getting it in November

This however, will make no difference on the Europe launch, so we'll still get it when we expect.
