Seriously, wasn't sure if Resi 4 was going to live up to all the 'best game evar!!!' hype, but so far it has. Really is a complete turnaround for the series; the controls are just perfect, the atmosphere completely changed, and just excellent. Even the widescreen borders work to the games advantage, as it further cramps your eyeline.
It scares me. :'(

Ha, I figured out the dirty pendant thing straight away. But I accidentally opened the trap thingy before shooting it down though.
How do you do that?

I was hoping that I'd get a different bonus for completing Easy, then going on to completing Normal, but apparently not.
I only just realised the "Dirty Pendant" etc. and other treasures can be cleaned to be made more valuable :| Whoops.

The minecart bit is great, especially when your cart is filled with 3 headles (you know what I'm talking about . Wpchsssssss), Ganados and a Chainsaw man. Did anyone else notice that the chainsaw men in the carts go down easier than the ones in the preceding undergound ruins section, though? Weird.
And Tphi, you played it on Easy first? Shame on you. No wonder you finished it so quick.
I enjoyed using my free rocket launcher to whoop Slazars tiny erotic ass, although it did make the boss fight stupidly easy, when it could have been MEGA cool. Yeah, you heard me, MEGA. I'm not on the Island and I've just gone underground, and I'm anticipating some rock hard enemies any time soon.

Man, I really should stop reading these topics, got to wait until Thursday to get it as I haven't been paid yet :x Would be bad for me to get it now anyway... too much coursework :(

I'm guessing you mean he can kill with one hit on Professional, yeh I agree that would be better. Although that's Professional so I'd expect something like that. But even though I was going through it on Easy I thought it'd probably be a bit harder.
Oh well, I have the harder difficulty modes and Mercs to play now :) I shall report back when I get up to him again.
