He's always around, like athlete's foot. I gave up trying to make him go and put a plastic bag on his head a while ago. Best policy is just to ignore him, or ocassionally make shooing noises like you would to a terminally stupid pidgeon.

We need to toughen AB1000 up a bit so he actually does stuff to people, and insult them like Snuggly used to.

That's the problem: Snuggly's no longer a staff member; AB1000 is still getting used to his job, and I don't think Kilgore or Fosco are allowed to get involved like that.
