In which case, if he's posting here then so what? Is he hurting you? After all, there are people on here betraying you all the time - like the Notables who set up hoax accounts just to cause Noob arguments, or those who claim they're different to who they really are.
That's what Shaneo did, and yes, he got away with it for quite a while. But if SR are willing to allow him back now, then you should respect that, seeing as it was them giving away the free games. There's no guarantee that you would have got the game anyway.
As for being able to enter Gameaday - if SR choose to give him a free game after all this, it is their perogative. They run the competition and reserve the right to judge it.
