It's easily possible, took me a little bit to figure, but if you jump around a bit, get up onto a platform, you can jump over the front of the ship, and travel like this.

Having a quality grudge war against the Horde at Southshore/Tarren Mill, and every DAMN TIME, I get attacked by beasts and have to run. Like, 3/4 at a time.

A priest has to stand still and cast spells on a battle from afar. Not run around chased by beasts.
