I dont get stressed.

Meditation is the key. Do it right, you will reach the point were you dont need to meditate because you just wont get stressed any more.

speeding is a good stress buster, as in playing music at full blast. Both at the same time is my tonic.

If i'm at work i'd usually kick lose stock about the warehouse.

Or getting a good nights sleep can help too.
