No no no. Slash over Page and Hendrix? That's like saying Guns and Roses are better than Zeppelin and The Experience, because part of being a good guitarist is being able to write good music.

Oh yeah, and for others, just to be clear, Zepellin were far better than the Roses.

I just like Slash. In a heterosexual, normal way.

Slash = #1
Hendrix = #2
Clapton/Page = #3
Charlie (I found his name!) from Busted = Better than all.

Let's not bring The Darkness into this. You might as well bring Tenacious D into it.

Page = #1
Hendrix = #2
Others = Not good enough to achieve a numbered place

I reckon Justin Hawkins wishes he was Hendrix. Or possibly the cute one from Busted (The tallest one)

Nah, nah, you've all got it wrong. Hendrix was probably the coolest, but Page was the best. He was the best not because he could play the fastest or the cleanest, but simply because he could write excellent music and back this up live with fantastic improvisational skills. No one else matches up.

Nah, Slash is probably the best guitarist ever. Well, for rocking. If you include rockless ponces like Satch and Vai, then they're probably better technically. But they suck. Whereas Slash stands in clouds of dry ice and wishes Axl was cooler.
