Rock on!
> RATM
I wouldnt really class Rage as heavy metal. They're not quite rock, not quite hip-hop. Funk maybe? Whatever you want to call them, they were a damn good band. It really sucks that the american government blackmailed Zakk De La Rocha into breaking the band up, or so go the rumors in several chatrooms ive been in....i dunno.
"Aardvarks Forever!"

it'd be glorious if those WERE the lyrics.
aside from that short cartoon after the Pink Panther,i don't think aardvarks get enough coverage...

Stood out like a sore thumb amongst that list, though they do indeed rock muchly.
Drowning Pool, Stoopi, Spineshank, Linkin Park, some POD, RATM, The Who, Pitchshifter, Filter, AAF, Cyclefly, Vex Red, Cypress Hill, Stiltskin, Disturbed, Saliva, SOAD, Limp Bizkit, Korn, Garbage, Faith No More, Lost Prophets, Rammstein, Godhead, Mairlyn Manson etc
the list goes on. ;)
Speaking of which what is the name of the guy from coal chamber's new band? I've forgotten.

I thought they split up when Dave Williams tragically died in 2002, aged just 32. But it's good to hear that they're with Rob Zombie now. I am a fan of Rob and White Zombie, but am not biased in saying that this is a match made in heaven (Or in their case, hell).

That is exactly my thought. I don't want to buy a CD for £10 with 25 minutes of music on there. I want 50+ minutes. I know it's more about the quality, but even so, I like to get it home and find I've got an hour of music.
Hedfix, you're in a heavy metal thread, of course you have to be polite about Iron Maiden and Metallica. Biggles may want to slap me for saying this but I'm not so sure about Bon Jovi.
