Suprised no one's made a topic on this already, but tis out today. I haven't got it yet - in the last month I've bought Wario, Resi and Splitters and they've kinda left me low on cash.

Those who got it today/have already imported (Psycho Fox, WS etc.), is it worth my money? I'm an RPG fan as ye may know, but an RPG fan slightly put off by all this card fighting business. So.. verdicts anyone?

Mizuti is easily better than Xehlia, I hate Xehlia and her crappy moves with that slug thing.

lol xelha is lvl 40, gibari 39, lyude 37 and thats what i used. i just got a damn rubbish hand. xelha started off and had like 1 fire card. hmmmmmmm. i think ill do it np's next time. i dunno why but i like using all party members, see what they all have to offer. or maybe im just scared of another FF8 style ending =) hmm randomly pick my last party for 4 bosses in a row, u know that drill. i do like all the characters though, even lyude. some of his lines are pretty wicked they r jsut delivered poorly. and i love his finishers, especcially the 5th one(cant remember its light based). ive only played 25 hours, how far am i from the end? it can't be 40 hours like u said.

Hmm Fadroh was tough, but when I first battled him my chracters only took up to 1100 damage from a completely unguarded attack + finisher, so I don't know how you do things but it seems that while you may like to vary in your characters having a set 3 can be better due to them all staying at the same level and gaining more levels than the ones staying in the bottom half of the character order (those not attacking only get half the exp gained from fights). So I was at a higher level than you were when I first attempted that fight, around level 34, so I suggest getting a few levels even higher than that.

Also another word of warning, after defeating Fadroh you MUST save and level up so instead of continuing down the corridor you should go back to Azha (my base of ops when training in the imperial fortress due to Magnus shop with great armour and weapons at the time for Gibari and Xhela) and take the time to do some even more training before attempting the next stage of the game. trust me you'll thank me later.

i agree gerrid mizuti maybe funny but xelha is a much better character and more useful in ur party. with concerns with the rest, well i mix them all about. gibari works wonders at the beginning of disc 2 because the enemies are weak vs light/water and at this point gibari has loadddds of water/light paddles. lyude is great vs light/dark and recently i got loads of gold trumpets (100 dmg) and vs some of bosses he can be really effective. however, i don't like the character much. savyna is pretty damn wicked though. against enemies with either water/fire weaknesses there is nobody better to have in ur party. some people reckon she's too hard to use but if u spend a while practising u will reep the rewards. basically im using em all at the mo except mizuti.
hmm fadroh is oen tough cookie, ive only tried him once but i died cause he has a ridiculas combo that did 1700 damage (and i guarded some). but i think he only uses is rarely, so im just gonna keep trying till i get lucky.
well fox is right, there is no RPG on cube like golden sun.
my advice would be ToS because that has similar aspects of golden sun and a damn good battle system. to be honest though all those 4 RPG's r worth playing, id put em all in my top 10 cube games(probably).

What DS games? There aren't any decent ones out at the mo and also not for a long while I'm afraid :-(

Well the thing is non of those play like Golden Sun, shame I know as that was quite unique in a way. But out of all those I would exclude Paper Mario 2 (seeing as it's the only one I haven't played and don't want to play), coz I would be able to choose between any of those 3 if I had to decide to only buy one. I would scrape up all the money I needed and would buy all 3 together at once.

Skies of Arcadia

Skies is pretty cheap so I'm quite tempted by that. Can't you buy it from SR anymore?

I'm looking for one which plays similair to Golden Sun, though I also like Mario And Luigi, but Paper Mario might be cost too much for me.

I'm on 65 hours give or take just after finishing the credits, so in answer to your question i'd say "A LOT!"
