If I'd thought logically about this I wouldn't have needed to ask the question. I already know which email account I'm logged into the system with 'cos I was checking my email, did a post, and didn't have to log in for the message to upload against this user name.
The only thing I can possibly think is causing the problem is my contact address is the works' address not my home one but it shouldn't be the problem....

Sure, just click on "Your Details" above, then in the bottom left corner it should say "Show all settings". You'll be able to see your login email there. =)
If it is the same and for some reason they're not getting your requests, just press "Alert a Staff Moderator" in this thread (at the top) and tell them whats wrong. Hopefully they'll respond in this thread.

I have actually - twice!
Both from the Freeola email address that I am positive is the address I used.
Any ideas how I check this? I know that Freeola are actually talking to me 'cos they sorted out an invoice problem I had earlier last week....
