Got the DVD, and it's alright. I tried to imagine the book a bit differently though - came out like the Phantom Menace in my mind, all sandy and stuff.
Yes it can, the TV programme was absolutely brilliant. I watched it again on video not so long ago.
It can't be as bad as the TV programme.
Oh, and it's the director's first gig outside of Da Ali G Show. Doesn't mean he'll do a bad job, but y'know, erm *runs*
