"I suck"

It's true.
I haven't played football in around 2 and a half years and today I went for a game of 5-a-side with some work mates. I used to be quite good, but now I pretty much suck.

My first touch was awful, couldn't control the ball for crap.

I scored one out of at least 5 chances I should have put away, conceded 3 when I was in goal and only had 2 runs with the ball of a length longer then 10m.

My shoes have no grip on them and I nearly ended up on my ass several times.

Me = sucking muchly today.

I havent done any "running around" excercise this winter with not playing rugby. I've done some jogging and cycling and weights but no cardiac (I think thats what its called) excercise.

I'm fit enough, I just suck.

I havent played footy for about 7 months and we started playing again recently so we can train to play in a team later this year and I am like SOOO uber-unfit. Heh .

Not always the case. Scouse Sergeants are aggressive.

Indoor football is more "Friendly" whereas Outdoor is more "Phisical".

Mate indoor football is exelent you get so much skill because its an enlcosed space.

Indoor football is damn good fun, I have to admit. At my school we've got a massive sports hall, so the experience is all the better. The other advantage is that it's very fast and furious. Plus, I'm better at goalkeeping with 5-a-side goals, seeing as they're lower and I dive around a fair bit.
