with united's poor form, maybe city can nick/win tommorow. or, it could be an outburst by united after crashing out of the champions league!
please post prdictions or team news or opinions in this thread.
my guess, 3-1 united.

Not Necessarily. Single results can sometimes shape whole seasons. Like if Arsenal had won the fa cup semi in 99 utd may have been severly dented in the morale department and ended up winning nothing.
Defeat at Old trafford would have ment arsenal would not be going into each match knowing that not losing would mean coming closer to the record of consecutive undefeated league games. They would have lost that edge so tp speak.

*Sniggers*
If, but, could.....
Man utd would have won if they had been good enough, any events in that game, decision wise shouldnt matter, you only scored on goal, which for a 30+ million pund strike force is pathetic, Liverpool are pathetic too *sigh* but then we in no way have the buying power of you guys, with Kenyon gone there will be no more tapping up players, and really against porto was another illustration of the poor, poor strike forcce at old trafford, they need to be fed like Baby's.
without a Beckham, a ronaldinho or a Gerrard, they can't play.
they can't create, many teams are the same, but a striker like van nistelrooy who I reckon would cost 50 million.
For a spoon fed - goal hanger thats alot.
He is called the best striker, yet he rarely creats.
Id Take Raul, Henry, shevchenko or Ronaldinho over him anyday.

You'd still be 6 points behind.
If only Cantona hadn't retired.
If only Giggs hadn't missed an open goal in last season's FA Cup game.
If only Beckham hadn't been sold.
If only Rio had remembered his drugs test.
If only Ruud wasn't doing a Michael Owen impression.
If only Porto hadn't scored in the last minute.
If only United could defend.
If only Fergie could remember where he left the plot.
If only you were half the team that won that treble.
It's good that you have things to look back on, especially at a time when you have little to look forward to!
Don't look too far back, though - you'll only be disappointed again.
Mind you, we wouldnt have won the treble had the bergy scored THAT penalty at Villa park...

Well, Bolton could... ;-)

At the moment, my opinion is that I really don't think they will.
Honestly.
I'm not a Gunners supporter (yet that's not to say I dislike them), but judging by their current form, and the form they've been on for the whole season - I really think they can go the whole way without losing a match in the Premiership. It's obvious they've got the players, and they're probably the most fluent and gelled team in the Premiership at the moment, IMHO.
So yeah.
I think they can go the whole way. And good luck to 'em I say. They deserve it.
Bolton, utd and then Liverpool. Could be potential banana skins.
Fulham away could be a tricky one, they've done allright agaisnt the top teams. Got 4 points agaisnt utd and a draw at highbury...
Knowing Arsenal, it will also be one of the games you'd least expect them to lose.
Away to Spurs and Newcastle will be tough.
