I am really, really upset now. I just found out that someone I had been flirting with and had been flirting back with me for about a month now met up with an old friend last Saturday and now they are going out. OUCH! I am really upset now, I guess I just felt I could take my time and that no one else would try. God I'm an idiot to let her get away. Apart from anything else she's stunning and I REALLY liked her as a person. I probably never had a shot anyway but damn it hurts now. *sigh* Oh well, *puts on soup for one and buys a dog for companionship*

We sent each other a few texts today. Just general chat and stuff. After reading all the posts made I just want to say that although I want her to be happy and I realise she may like this guy a lot and it could be serious, it doesn't mean I have to like it. I still want her to be happy just with me instead not this random guy she only just got reunited with. I am still trying to be a good friend but it really gets to me to know that no matter how nice I am and how much I love her that guy gets to go home with her instead. *Ponders becoming a mysoginist(sp?)*

Cubist. This girl who I use to have a thing for but we ended up being "just friends" after she met up with some tramp guy. A couple of days ago though she comes crying to me saying how "guys are all a-holes" and "why can't all guys be like you". It's come to the attention recently that she's starting to like this old cow of intoxication.

he knows it's not a certainty and i was being overblown and dramatic but he should keep hold of the idea that he is waiting for a reason.
it does help if you can imagine yourself with that person, it will help you get past the times when you think "why am i bothering"
be realistic but optomistic
