Finally stop that one and by then my t-shirt was nice and stained. Bah.
Get them from time to time, which is really annoying, especially when it happens when I'm out of the house. Not like when I was a kid, where my nose would gush, it's more of a drip, drip, drip, but they're bloody annoying since they can start at any time and you get them on and off for weeks at a time. Stupid nosebleeds. Had to clean the sink out.
Thankfully.
How do you think I stopped it? Anyway, yeah, general opinion changed from tilting your head back to tilting it forward years ago. As in decades.

posterior means the bleed is a veesel in the nose, anterior usually means its coming from further up. Its a bad ting to do because the blood will run down the back of your throat and can cause stomach upsets, plus its pointless in stopping the bleeding.

It is?! Wow. I remember back a Juniors when I used to get them a lot, the tutors would always say to tilt head back then hold the bridge of the nose!
