Depends on price, anything over the £300 I paid for a PS2 and they can get knotted. I think that Tiltawhirl is right the hardware will be cheaper as they will want to get people signed up as it were, as soon as possible. I cannot see games at £60, not many will pay that. I think games will be cheaper, with updates and further parts avaliable for download at a price. The way the prices dropped so soon after launch this time around I think a lot of people will be waiting to see what happens this time around.

Indeed. Should be an interesting new Generation, although I doubt I'll be buying any console at launch if the rumour mill leads to a few truths.

Probably get a few non MTV viewers as well once the news filters out.

You are right it is a good idea and shows MS have learnt a lot from this round of consoles and will be giving Sony a ride for their money, all will depend on release dates, if mS get the Xbox 2 in the market this year in time for the Xmas cycle, Sony will be behind and might struggle.
