Both of you were bought up in different cultures, and each culture is different. Fortunately, I've had the best-of-both worlds. A not-so-strict Muslim upbrginging in the UK.
This srgument is doing nothing but going around in circles. And it will keep doing so.

You said the legal way was by being religious, what you described is being civil, any normal person religious or not, would not steal etc.

Only to a certain degree. Theres nothing religious involved in going out and getting a job. Thats why I said "in this scenario". I'm well aware that the teo are connected in other circumstances.

The thing is, It isn't here in the UK. Yet, In arabic countries they happen to be connected.

Indeed. I agree FFF, why sex between two consenting people is seen as wrong by some is really beyond me.
