Every Saturday , I go to privata classes at 2:00 O'clock , and then return home at aout 5:30 , and today when I got back I noticed something strange when I turned on my pc , the recycle bin was full , and I am absolutely sure that I never leave any files in the recycle bin , I always empty it after deleting any files , so I opened it , and I found porn , so I knew that my brother was watching porn while I was away , offcourse I won't tell my parents , and I don't know what to do , should I talk to him or what ?? Can anyone help me please ?

Er, Emp, ever consider the lower theft rates are down to the fact most Arab states happily chop off theives arms/hands if convicted or that the punishment for those found guilty is far more harsh (sans clever lawyers getting people off on technicalities or fighting for human rights etc) than in the West ?

Homosh did have a point earlier about being religious and theft. The Arab world typically has far lower theft rates than the West, and even when things are stolen mosques encourage people to own up and return goods with minimum fuss. In other words believing theft is wrong in a populace constantly surrounded by this morality means the rate of theft is bound to be lower as are murder rates.

On the other hand the governments are corrupt and civil liberties are extremely poor, especially in relation to womens rights and free media.

You moron, poor people are civilised but they just have less money. Most of what the West regards as civilised is actually having cash in abundance for services, housing, etc
