I've been once. Great fun. Saw a bloke get carried off on a stretcher having been shot in the nads, but still!

OMG..my work organised paintballing and i was the only girl who went which was alright cos im one of the blokes anyway.

It was going alright til half way though we had a 'game' and my mate said it would be alright to hide in this van cos i wouldnt get hit..was it fcuk?? i got peltet and sat there and cried like a baby until my boyfriend came and got me!


It was alright towards the end though cos we went to the pub!!

If you want to carry them back or wear trainers that are completely drenched in mud.. then forget duct-taping them :-)

Why?

I just wore old trainers. Cleaned the few specs of paint that got on them. Simple.

You really should wear a backwards cap, though, to protected your head and neck. I didn't. And it hurt. Lots.
