focus your attention? I know this girl in my school who takes them every few hours in school, before exams and so on to help her concentrate and focus her attention. Now I have two vital exams tomorrow but I'm finding it REALLY hard to concentrate. Do you know anything that could help me get focussed? Thanks

Sniff lemon.. Heh, apparentely that helps. Don't think that's true though.

Or get a good nights sleep with some Lavender rubbed onto your pillow.

Some people say wearing certain colours can help boost your concentration.. Mmhm.

Or just slap yourself every few minutes. That should wake you up.

Or, St John's Wort. That apparently(again) helps boost concentration.

The T.V. isn't on and I'm only on the PC because I'm trying to fix whatever malfunction is making it restart every ten minutes. Pills would be mighty helpful though.

How about revising without the TV on and typing on the PC :P
