I got back into it and made a compilation again last night. I used to listen to lots when I studied and I brought it back out and now I'm just enjoying it.
Some of it is just, not sounding gay but its beautiful. Some can be uplifting and relaxing whilst others get me more worked up than a Rage Against the Machine song, it rules.
Some of my favourites would have to be.

Pavanne - Faure
Rodrigo - Concerto di Aranjuez
Albinoni - Adagio
Bach - Air (on a G String)
Carmina Burana - O Fortuna
Requiem - Dies Irae
Ride of the Valkyries - Wagner
Carmen - Prelude
Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata
