I got back into it and made a compilation again last night. I used to listen to lots when I studied and I brought it back out and now I'm just enjoying it.

Some of it is just, not sounding gay but its beautiful. Some can be uplifting and relaxing whilst others get me more worked up than a Rage Against the Machine song, it rules.

Some of my favourites would have to be.

Staruss - Sunrise
Pavanne - Faure
Rodrigo - Concerto di Aranjuez
Albinoni - Adagio
Bach - Air (on a G String)
Carmina Burana - O Fortuna
Requiem - Dies Irae
Ride of the Valkyries - Wagner
Carmen - Prelude
Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata

But for the life of you, pray that you don't get the retarded attempt at a club mix.
Yep.

Some spazticated dance moron tried to take this beautiful piece of music and turn it into a nightclub track.

How about Richard Strauss' "Also Sprach Zarathrustra"? It's the climatic music they used on 2001 A Space Odyssey.

I'm also a big fan of Holst's "The Planets" - borrowed a CD of a mate about 10 years ago and never gave it back ...

I misread that line as

"seriously, I can't picture the sheepmeister with his wang in hand, conducting in the middle of his living room,"

Should have gone to Specsavers.
