I think it is to do with the uniform. I may be wrong though.
You have to be 17 for nursing, apart from that theres no restriction as far as I know.
There is actually no age limit in Britain, well for most courses. Some require a minimum age, like social work which is 19.
The age limit here is 16.
i thought you had to be 18 to go to uni?
