where are the boots of blinding speed. I talked to the women that got her arlumes stolen and she told me to find a cave or something east of Caldera. So where is it. I found this one tomb but I went threw it and I couldn't find anything. Please Help.

In any case, knocking someone out is done by hand to hand combat. Punch them repeatedly until they fall to the floor. You have a second or two where they are 'unconscious' to grab items from their inventory.

If you're using the PC version with Tribunal,Bloodmoon, or the patch, then this won't work because mugging was disabled.

How do you knock people out. I mean I keep killing the people. I am doing the theif guild and it tells me to go get this key from the guy. But my book tells me to knock him out. SO how do you knock people out?

Your magicka is dependant entirely on your intelligence score. Depending on what race and star sign you chose, it'll be somewhere between 0.5xintelligence and 2.5xintelligence (I think).

Only way to raise it is by raising your intelligence.
