An eBay auction which ended two weeks a go for a series of PS2 games that I was selling. The c*ck who purchased the games promised to pay every single day until an email I received this morning telling me to "forget bout ebay etc I'm not paying". So I contacted eBay only to find he has actually left ME negative feedback. I gave him 7 extra days to pay and his excuses ranged from "you didn't receive a cheque because I am sending cash" to "I didn't have time to pay you so I didn't bother". I swear if someone put me in a room with that nob I would paint the walls red with his blood. He also wants to take it further as he believes I have used foul and abusive words towards him, little does he know I have saved all the emails and am currently in the process of contacting eBay and thinking of taking legal action against for accusing me of "lying" and for leaving bad character reference on the basis of his incompetence to use a system properly.
Complete smacktard!
Very peed off at the moment!

Nah he has a point.
What kind of feedback do you think SR would get if we could leave it eh?
"Paid £50 for in stock speaker system, waited two and a half weeks, contacted seller to be told they had no idea when getting stock"
"Preordered game one and half months before release and paid, game arrived one week after release"
Those two would be representative of my last two orders...

Except the guy can do the same to Alastair with negative feedback...
Haha, a nerd fight over your eBay feedback! They should have this sort of thing on Sky Pay-Per-View!
By all means try if you want to but I think you'll have the same experience as I had. Legal action will be drawn out and will cost you more than the items sold for.
Hahaha.

I will wait and see what eBay have to say about retracting feedback, hopefully they will look into it further.
