Finally got around to renting The Shawshank Redemption - great film with a brilliant plot and acting, especially from the leads - Morgan Freeman and that other bloke.

Ring 2 - spooky, but the ending didn't make much sense. I watched it last thing at night last night, and couldn't get to sleep for ages for I kept seeing images of stretched faces generated by my mind - ones that weren't even in the film.

Solaris - It was only an hour and a half long but seemed like three.

Escape from New York - great.
Probably watching Lost in Translation on dvd tonight (posted from Florida on Tuesday and arrived at the door this morning, not bad).
