PS. Dont eat meat before hand, eat some carbohydrates. Such as a nutrigrain elevenzies, (my favourite) or some bread.

So do I, and filling your stomach with water before going for a 10 mile run, will at least make you feel a little bloated, and could make you vomit. The best idea is to take a bottle of water with you and drink it as you see fit. For a pretty fit person, a 10 mile run shouldn't be too hard anyway. 25 could be a world of pain though! :D
