The Donnie Darko DVD without the extras....

When the advert reads "Featuring Number one single Mad World"

Oh and Donnie Darko was the perfect mix of comedy, depth, discussion and intrigue that no other film has delivered.

It's all a matter of opinion titl so why don't you just fu** off.

The fact that it's supposed to be great just because the mass market doesn't think so is a bit annoying.

Donnie Darko is a very good film, but a bit namby-pamby and cliched in places. The screenplay is well written and deep, but it's not enough to account for some major holes in the plot. Can't flaw the acting.

About 7.5/10.

Thus ends my mini-review.

I like getting all the extras although I rarely watch them. I think I watched all the exras for my Matrix DVDs, the extras on Phoonebooth and I always like to watch trailers if the DVD has them.

Exactly, I very rarely bother with extras so the cheaper DVD would have been good if I didn't already own the version with extras.

How exactly have you worked out that a DVD release could cash in on a song?

It's not like people are gonna buy the song then say "oh look, it's in a film so I guess that film must be really good".

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
