Yeah, I did. People make it out to be some kind of cinematic masterwork, it was good, but that's all it was.

It's not hard to understand, hell it's not even very clever. It's just nowhere near as good as people make out.

The ending just left me thinking "well that was a load of crap". The ending was really sucky no matter how you look at it, I liked the fact that he killed the guy in the bunny suit but then it just went all crappy on me.

It was a god film, but that's all.

Goatboy has a few good points.

But it's still a very good film.

If you actually watched the film properly (I assume you watched it half-properly to see the 90mins of talking about time travel, Roberta Sparrow's book about time travel, and the teachers talk about time travel, you'd notice that Donnie resolves the collapsing universe by GOING BACK IN TIME, thus the film ends with time travel. Did you see nothing about the time portals? The engine WENT BACK IN TIME to fall on Donnie's house.

I love Donnie Darko, and I'd say it's one of the cleverest films I've seen. If you're having trouble understanding it mate, go buy a DVD of it and listen to the commentary and discover all the other things you've missed.

Well, same writer and director. Both films are independent.

Isomnia also has nothing to do with Memento.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
