Armin Meiwes gets eight years for manslaughter. Hmmmm, he places an avert in the local, gets a reply from Bernd Juergen Brandes who he then murders in a premeditated way.
Doesn't matter if it was concensual on Brandes part, its still murder as far as I'm away.............

Hmmm, unless the attempt to "keep in in" was putting more pressure on his lower regions, and therefore causing enough blood loss for him to pass out.

Hmmm, unless the attempt to "keep in in" was putting more pressure on his lower regions, and therefore causing enough blood loss for him to pass out.

Nor with me. I think is a case that Brandes WANTED this to happen to him, and it was an arrangement between the two. Meiwes might well be a bit of a sick f***, but he went through the route of *asking* someone else to be his victim, and someone duely agreed. At least it wasn't someone off the street that he tortured beforehand.
