Why is that cat brown?
What is wrong with you?
How are you feeling?
Is that a frown?
Who? What? Where?
Why? Can't I?
Go away.

I'd pay to read the posts of anyone who can find meaning in that or at least appreciate it in any way shape or form.

Well, it's never happened because by definition facts cannot be altered. A fact is something that is true.

Who said my evidence came from government sources?

Unfortunately those times very rarely occur and this is not one of them. You're saying that your opinion based on no evidence is better than an opinion based on lots of evidence because "sometimes you have to go with your gut"? That's just rubbish.
Not only was it your opinion that I disagreed with, but your manner and attitude on the subject. You didn't say "Yes, I appreciate that there is no link found yet, and there's evidence against it, but I have a feeling it was the Iraqis. I can't back this up, it's just a gut feeling."
What you said was: "The Iraqis knocked down the Twin Towers so we should level their cities." You proposed that we go and kill millions of innocent citizens based on your gut. What kind of a lunatic are you?

I never said actions weren't choices only that whether their actions are good or bad, whether I agree with them or not I respect whatever they have chosen to do.

Ahem. Actions aren't choices, then?

No, I cannot respect your opinion because it's baseless. If you'd looked at the evidence and come to a rational conclusion, then I'd respect you. Which is why I respect Light, Goatboy, unknown kernel and loads of others who regularly post in this sub-forum.
You "went with your gut" - which is fair enough, we cannot help but form opinions and conclusions in our mind. But when people are showing evidence to you left, right and centre that proves otherwise, and you don't even consider for one moment that you might be wrong? That's just stubborn, pathetic and childish. And a way of thinking that I do not respect.
Who they are, and the choices they make.
Not unconditionally, but for who they are and the choices they make. Who they are? Doesn't that equate to thoughts and beliefs? The choices they make? You mean like.....their actions? It's exactly my point.
And yet, earlier, you said that respect should be given to everyone. And now you're implying that if someone makes a certain choice, you may not respect them.
I was going to move onto something else, but I'll stop here to let you think about what I've just said. Hopefully you'll realise your contradiction within 2004.

I am glad you admit to it and am glad you are going to back down however I still think my comments were acceptable. You may not agree but with all the corruption and so on within the governments around the world who's to say what is and is not fact. I was going on what my gut tells me and although that may not be the best approach I think you should respect my opinion. Can you respect someone enough to do that? Without starting up the argument again? Can you? I respect your opinion on that matter and never want to talk of it again

I would also like to point out that although you say "Exactly" there you have not once said that through the entire conversation. You have structured your entire argument around people having to earn respect for doing certain things which I disagree with.
