Cryed?

For me, it was about 2 hours ago. Yes, go on, mock me, a 16 year old bawling his eyes out. You know why? My dog had to be put down. My life-long friend and family pet had to leave us, after 15 years of life, it was her time to go. We felt it was right in a way, she was suffering from blindness, deafness and arthiritis, so the vet agreed it was time.

I couldn't go to the vets because the place was too small for a family to fit in, so I had to say goodbye to Poppy before she left, she seemed happy enough and was confused as to why I was so sad.

May sound a bit poncy to some, but it felt good to cry, kind of lets it all go, from an opened bottle.

I think dog/cat owners would understand in a way, losing a pet is like losing a family member, they have a place in our lifes and we accept them as a sister or brother.

Anyway, when was the last time you shed a tear. . . . ?

I cry more now than I used to as a kid. I cry watching films usually. I don't sob like a 13 year old girl at the sight of Leo dying in Titanic, but tears can form sometimes.

You guys are lucky, I normally wouldn't admit that to ANYONE (apart from girls, they love it)

I find I can't cry, anymore!

No matter how emotional or upset I feel, it just doesn't really happen. Maybe my eyes will run a LITTLE-bit, but I can't seem to burst into tears like I used to be able to do, only, really, several years ago.

I don't know what's happened... Sometimes, though, I worry I'm turning into something like that bloke from Fight Club (although, I know, really I could never let myself go that far, since nothing in my life is really that-bad, right now).

It's wierd, though... Have I grown stronger or something?
I used to have a friend who couldn't cry - no matter what!
His sister lugged a spoon at him from ontop of the stairs, and yet, nothing, but the watering of his eyes...

Anyway, the last time I did anything like this was on the 3rd December when I failed my second-attempt at the driving test. I also managed to kick a hole in the wooden cabint beneath our sink and punched the stairs, too. :)

I'm never usually an emotional person, I hardly ever cry at anything other then sad films (even then it'll just be the odd lump in the throat) so yesturday was quite an experiance.

I'm no longer mourning my dogs departure from this planet, she died a happy labrodor, and thats warming to know :)

I'm not sure if we are getting another, I don't think we are, not for a year or two anyway.

I've been to the edge plenty of times, but I can't remember the last time I actually cried.

Even when I broke my nose I don't remember tears. Then again they wouldn't be 'proper' tears anyway.

I think I'm a bit of an emotional cripple :^)

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
