I now know 2 girls who are in a relationship with someone 5 years older than they are
15 year old girl - 20 years old guy
17 year old girl - 22 years old guy
In the second one they've gone the full way and the second... half-way there...
I see it just as 'wrong'

So really, being 20, I should be aiming for a sixteen year old rather than a 19 year old...

I don't really see it as wrong, no. The girl needs to be over 16 really, otherwise the relationship is pretty much illegal. If a 17 year old girl is mature for her age, I can't see the problem.
