Ok, for me I'd have to say Christopher Walken.
Slightly creepy, full of nervous energy and feels like he’s ready to explode into righteous rage at the slightest provocation.

For looks, apparently Pacey from Dawsons Creek bears a resemblance to me. I don't watch this program so wouldn't know. I did check once though, I didn't think so.
