Personally I don't think the 15+ should have been changed to 16+. I mean, there are only two years between 16 and 18, and it would have been better to have three. Imagine someone with a 15th birthday coming up...they'd think: Oh yeah! I can play 15+ games tomorrow! They pick up a gaming mag. It explains that 15+ has changed to 16+. the frustration...
Also, I wish they'd had 7+ when I was that age. There are EIGHT YEARS between 3+ and 11+!

The funny thing is I never used to get asked my age, I mean for example, I bought GTA3 myself when it first came out and I was only 16. But now that I'm 19, I seem to get asked for I.D quite often, so I always just carry my provisional drivers license with me now, just incase.
