When i got it however there were a few "changes" :
> Psychology will not be taught this year as the teacher of it is off on maternity leave and will not be back in time to learn the new syllabus that the SQA are enforcing this year.
D'oh!
> Media Studies will not be taught at advanced higher as there were simply not enough funds once they had been given to the sciences.
D'oh!
I need to take a minimum of 4 subjects to stay in schooling and instead of just having to pick one I now need to try and get 3 :( The thing that REALLY annoys me though is they have dedicated an entire column to sciences to make sure that they get students. (there are only 5 columns) They are protecting the sciences from getting a low intake and letting the arts be damned. They have even put some of the sciences in two columns to further protect them. Why couldn't Media have gone there?!?! For example Physics at Higher is in Column B and C. Just not fair to the more creatively minded. My school sucks :(
And although it may seem like it, the irony of your post did not completely pass me by.
> The whole concept of art bothers me. It's essentially a meaningless

Wot???
You philistine.
The creation of works of beauty.
So it all comes down to opinion then. How nice of it.

I had so many afternoons off that i walked home 3 days a week (4 when the chemistry homework classes werent running). It was bliss.
