Ok, back in December i sent a package to my mate recorded delivery, 1st class, it took them 11 days to deliver it.
I just sent a letter to my mate special delivery, so it's guaranteed to get to his house by 12 noon the next day, and suprise suprise it didn't arrive, so ill be claiming my £3.75 back because they did not even make an attempt to deliver it.
Ive sent 3 packages and all 3 of them have been late.
Christ royal mail suck, what do you think of them?

RM was extremely busy through the Xmas period as you can imagine. El Robin, you must have been unlucky as the targets were still met in most of the Country.

RM was extremely busy through the Xmas period as you can imagine. El Robin, you must have been unlucky as the targets were still met in most of the Country.

Someone sent me a parcel on the 7th of January. It arrived on the 8th. I get my mail every day, at around the same time.
In fact, it's been months since I had a problem with them, which was when a postcard for me got put through next door instead.

I will never forgive Royal Mail for going on strike.
I had to DVD's coming. And I didn't get them for a month and they where supposed to come into 3 to 5 days! GGGRRR...
